Bloom Arjaan by Rotana holds an A+ Roch Rank, the highest grade we give, and it has earned it by building the whole stay around the dog from the day it opened. The hotel sits on Saadiyat Island, in the Park View district of Marsa Al Saadiyat opposite NYU Abu Dhabi, a few minutes from the Louvre Abu Dhabi, and guests have complimentary access to Mamsha Beach. It opened in July 2026 with a dedicated pet lift, two pools including a temperature-controlled infinity pool, the Bodylines gym, and Distrikt Social, its all-day café with a terrace.
Selected rooms welcome dogs, of any size, up to two to a room, on dedicated pet floors with their own lift and a separate entrance. Your dog arrives to a bed, a water bowl, welcome treats and toys, pet meals can be arranged, and there is dog ice cream in several flavours, served in the room or on the terrace. A QR code in the room points you to the nearby parks, vets and day care, and the NYUAD Dog Park is a five minute walk away. Dogs are welcome in the lobby and at selected seats on the restaurant terrace. The team have been trained to welcome canine guests, keep an emergency vet's number to hand, and can arrange dog walking, a dog sitter or grooming, so your dog may stay in the room for up to five hours if you go out. The hotel also supports a pet charity.
The dog fee is AED 375 per stay for up to seven nights and AED 500 per stay for eight nights or more, covering deep cleaning, pet amenities and treats, with no deposit. For anyone visiting Abu Dhabi with a dog, this is the most complete welcome in the city.
